During NZIFF, the box office will be open from 15 minutes prior to the first session of the day and close 15 minutes after the start of the day’s final session.
Regent Theatre
Box office hours are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday – Friday.
Saturday & Sunday the box office opens one hour prior to the first screening.

Please note that NO REFUNDS will be given for tickets (either unused, uncollected or collected late) and Five-Trip Passes (either in part or in full). Bookings once made cannot be altered. Please choose carefully as there are no seat swaps, exchanges or refunds, except as required by law.
