Book now to secure the best seats! Seats for bookable sessions will be allocated on the basis of best available at the time of booking. Advance bookings can be made for all sessions after 5pm weekdays and all weekend sessions. Tickets for sessions starting before 5pm weekdays, City Gallery screenings, and other special sessions indicated in the programme are available only on the day of screenings at the venue.

Internet bookings can be posted out to you. Alternatively ezyTicket allows you to print your own tickets at home or have them sent to your mobile phone (www.ticketek.co.nz/ezyticket).
ezyTickets for Embassy, Paramount and Te Papa can be purchased up until each session commences. Internet ticketing for The Film Archive, Penthouse, Roxy and Lighthouse Petone cease at 5:00p.m. on the day before the screening.
On the day of the screening, the remaining tickets can be purchased only from the venue. Please make sure you print off your ticket and not just your confirmation letter and bring your credit card for ID.

Phone bookings for The Film Archive, Penthouse, Roxy and Light House Petone sessions are available until 5:00p.m. on the day before the screening. On the day of screening remaining tickets can be purchased only from the venue.

Advance Sales during the Festival (From Friday 26 July)
Once the Festival is in season, advance bookings will also be available at the Embassy and the Paramount. Tickets can be purchased at the venues daily, one hour prior to first screening of the day until 15 minutes after the last session commences. Advance bookings will be serviced when cashiers are not attending to ingoing sessions.
Advance tickets also available from Te Papa Film Festival Box Office for the following periods:
Friday 26 July - Monday 29 July | Wednesday 7 August - Sunday 11 August
PLEASE NOTE: All advance bookings for The Film Archive, Penthouse, Roxy and Light House Petone will stop at 5:00p.m. on the day prior to the screening.
Tickets for non-bookable sessions will be on sale only at the venue, one hour before the first session of the day commences at the Embassy, Paramount, Te Papa, The Film Archive and City Gallery, from 9.00 am at the Penthouse and Light House Petone and from 12:00 p.m. at the Roxy.
Tickets for bookable sessions at the Embassy, Paramount and Te Papa will be on sale at the Festival venues on the day of screening and from all Ticketek outlets during normal booking hours.
PLEASE NOTE: on the day of the screening, tickets for bookable sessions at The Film Archive, Penthouse, Roxy and Light House Petone can only be bought from those venues.

|Cheque||Personal cheques accepted for MAIL bookings must be received 5 working days prior to screening. Cheques payable to Ticketek New Zealand Ltd. Cheques are not accepted for counter bookings.
If you have used a credit card for advance booking by phone, Internet or mail, this credit card must be presented to venue staff before you can collect your tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets purchased through phone, mail and Internet booking will be posted out if received at least 7 days prior to your first screening. Otherwise they will be held for collection at the cinema box office of your first screening. NO REFUNDS will be made for uncollected tickets or tickets collected late. Bookings once made cannot be altered. Please choose carefully as there are no exchanges or refunds except as required by law.

Censorship classification will be published in the Festival's daily newspaper advertising and displayed at the venues' box office. Children's tickets available only for films classified G, PG & M.
A the time of printing, some films had not been rated. Until they receive a censor rating, they are considered R18 (unless clearly aimed at children) and can only be purchased by and for people aged 18 and over.
